SETTLING IN

Heating & Hot Water

The house should be warm and with abundant hot water. The boiler is a powerful one but if additional hot water is required the immersion heater can switched on in the childrens' room (windows on three sides). The switch is inside an access panel in the white woodwork.

The Stoves

The boiler is capable of heating the house to sauna like levels even in the coldest weather but you can't beat a real fire for cosiness. There is a wood burning stove in the living room and a wood burning Esse range cooker in the kitchen.

Bogs

Sensitive sewerage so anything other than toilet paper should be placed in the bins and bags provided.

Clogs

Please de-boot just inside any of the three external doors.

Dogs

• be kept downstairs, for which purpose there is a gate on the stairs.
• not be allowed to bark incessantly outside - the neighbours etc
• dog poo be collected in bags and disposed of in the dustbins halfway up the drive.
