The Previous Incumbent - PM Hubbard
A writer of highly regarded thrillers who lived and worked at Horsehill Cottage from 1960 until 1973. He wrote in a hut situated in the mill garden where the flagstones now lie. His wife Onyx continued to live at the cottage until her death in 2005 aged 95.
